For a stylishly organized look, consider the Cartier Pasha 42 mm XL Men’s Watch W3109255. Its silvered opaline dial has Arabic numerals marking the hours and thin black dashes indicating the half hours along its round outer edge. In the center, a guilloché square overlays bisecting lines that connect some of the hour markers, neatly dividing the remaining space up to contain another set of numerals: 3, 6, and 9 in larger print and a date display at 12 o’clock. You may notice that the trademark blued-steel hour hand doesn’t reach outside the center square, but it is easily lined up with another set of marks along the edge of the square, where the bold marks correspond with the numeral hour markers.

The most interesting feature on this watch, hands down (if you’ll pardon the pun), is the day/night disk at the bottom of the guilloché square. It tracks the relative position of the sun or moon in the sky according to what time it is and adds a sense of perspective to the simple act of glancing at the clock.

This is an extra-large model, with a 42 millimeter (1.65 inch) stainless steel case. The back of the case, like the face, is set with scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, revealing the automatic winding caliber 8011 MC movement. The wristband is black alligator leather with an adjustable deployment buckle, made of stainless steel in keeping with the case.

Like many Cartier watches, the Pasha 42 mm W3109255 has a blue synthetic spinel cabachon set into the screw-down crown, nicely complimenting the blue hands. Aside from these small splashes of blue, this timepiece is all sleek black and silver tones – easily worn with anything.

With this watch, it’s best to avoid a lot of contact with water. The case itself is water resistant to 30 meters (98 feet). It can stand to be splashed a bit while you’re, say, washing your hands, but it’s made for luxury rather than sport. This is true of the leather wristband as well; it won’t hold up well in excessive humidity and will wear out sooner than a metal band.

If you’re shopping on a budget, keep in mind that retail price for the Pasha 42 mm W3109255 is $8950. Variations are available: the Pasha 42 mm W31093M7 with a stainless steel wristband and the Pasha 42 mm W3109151 with a rose gold case and brown leather wristband, though these are a bit more pricey due to the materials.

This particular model is a Swiss-made designer watch, so it’s high-quality and high-class. For the right buyer the Cartier Pasha 42 mm XL Men’s Watch W3109255 would make an excellent purchase.

Gentlemen, if you are a fan of the simplistic, yet sophisticated, then take a look at Cartier’s new Pasha XL W3109255 Men’s Watch. Sometimes the simplest designs are the best and with a little flare, they can become the star of your wardrobe – this is one of those investments that could easily be worth the price tag.

Equipped with the usual sapphire-crystal cover, which is scratch and water resistant, this Pasha model is up to date with the latest in quality materials. The casing is opalescent steel. The watch’s wristband is black, crocodile-printed leather which ends in an easy to latch deployment buckle. A new feature we see in the W3109255 is the addition of the sophisticated day/night disk, which sits in the square guilloche of the clock face. It tracks the sun and moon through the sky, changing positions on your watch in time to the hour. This clever feature is offset by the traditional day/date disk above the guilloche. Nestled in the crown knob of this lovely timepiece is a synthetic cabochon sapphire, polished to catch the light and match the trademark blue Cartier clock hands. Where Cartier has never been avid about precious gemstones in their work, the sapphire is a luxurious and fantastic inclusion. 

Like most Cartier products, this watch comes with a three year warranty in the case of damage or breakage. The stainless steel will prevent tarnishes from devaluing your W3109255. The leather strap is adjustable and trendy, easily matched with just about any piece of clothing both formal and informal.

A drawback of this particular watch will always be the leather strap. Leather has an unfortunate tendency to dry itself out and crack or rip. This is an unavoidable consequence of having a high-quality metal watch and then material for the band. Stress points tend to form around the buckle and the places where the clock hooks with the band. your best bet for keeping the W3109255 in its best shape is to avoid humidity and overworking your band.

So far as prices go with this Pasha model, $8,950 is the retail value of this watch – almost a solid 9k. In this case, it is understandable when you consider the new mechanics involved in this watch and the sapphire crown piece. It’s certainly not a price-tag for the faint of bank account, but for those that decide to purchase the W3109255, rest assured that you have picked up an impressive and handsome piece of the fashion world.

Cartier Pasha Seatimer W31089M7 Watch

Many Cartier watch lines symbolize important landmarks in the company and timepiece history, and the Pasha is no different; according to various sources, the first water-resistant Cartier watch was named for the Pasha of Marrakesh, who had specifically requested a watch that could be worn in his swimming pool. The Pasha Seatimer Steel W31089M7 watch is an elegant, modern watch that abides by the classic style of Cartier and the impetus for its initial design.

The design and style of the Pasha has stayed largely consistent over the years, and the Pasha Seatimer Steel W31089M7 still closely resembles the early Pasha watches. The bezel features minute number markers from 10 to 50 and the 3, 6, 9, and 12 hours are labeled on the watch face; the classic, highly serifed font imbues the watch with a sense of legacy and sophistication.  The date is displayed between 4 and 5 o’clock, in a slightly unusual but still easily readable location.

Cartier Pasha Seatimer Watch W31077U2

Cartier’s Pasha Seatimer Watch W31077U2 is similar to the  W31089M7 in design and style, but the black rubber covered steel bracelet and black dial heighten the sense of contrast and suggest a more rugged attitude. This model doesn’t have the chronograph functions of the W31089M7, except for the same date placement, and as a result, the face is simpler and more highly contrasting with the white number and tick marks against the black face.  The Pasha Seatimer Lady W3140005 is the aesthetic complement to the W31089M7 with its steel and white coloration. Like the W31077U2, it has a rubber enclosed strap, but the white of the lady’s watch and silver opaline dial keep it in the same light tonal area as the W31089M7.

The Cartier Pasha Seatimer W31089M7 watch is a beautiful, durable piece of jewelry and utility with a classic style that has been maintained and refined through the years. This iteration is clean, functional, and recognizable, though the history, style, and brand name come at a high price.

The name Cartier is synonymous with three things: luxury, elegance and style. This women’s watch, the Cartier Model W31075m7, is a brilliant example of all three. With a beautifully light pink glistening face, and stylized Arabic numbers, the model is an extremely stylish watch with a vintage feel that will look gorgeous for decades to come.

The Pasha line of watches was originally designed in the 1930s, for the Pasha of Marrakech (an elite title reserved only for generals, governors and dignitaries,)  who desired a watch he could wear during his strenuous daily swimming routine. Cartier, a name that had come to be associated with all things elegant, chic and luxurious, stepped up to the plate. The Pasha line of watches was one of the first of its kind, enabling the Pasha of Marrakech to swim while never having to remove his wristwatch. The Cartier name today, and this Collection in particular, is an extension of this dedication to watchmaking at its finest. The watch has a great feel to it. The round dial is feminine, but still sturdy, and is beautifully accented with a rose colored face and stylized, Arabic numbers at the 12, 3, 6 and 9 positions. The remaining numbers are sticks, highlighted by the luminous, diamond shaped hands, which stand out brilliantly against the light pink background. There is a date window as well, showcased between the 4 and 5 o’clock positions. The Pasha Seatimer Lady Medium Women’s Watch W3140004 comes complete with a quartz movement Cartier caliber 7101, as well as a calendar aperture at 4 o’clock. The calendar feature makes everything easier, allowing you to always have a calendar at your convenience –on your wrist.I must say this calendar feature is my favorite part of the watch. Too many times I’m wondering what the date is, and sometimes I can’t find my phone right away -with the date on this watch, I just know it would make anyone’s life easier.

The only con I can find is that some women may not like the medium size of this watch. I personally, prefer smaller watches; however, this watch is so stylish, that I don’t mind the slightly larger size.

This watch, like all products at Cartier, is shipped to you in a beautiful gift box –which makes this watch a wonderful anniversary gift, birthday present, or mother’s day gift.

This particular watch is listed at $6,590. I know this watch is quite expensive, but Cartier is a name you can trust. When you’re getting 18K pink gold in a steel case, sapphire crystal, and all the other features, this watch is worth the hefty price.

Face of the Cartier Pasha C Steel W31074M7

A lot of times it is very clear when a watch is designed to be worn by men and when it was designed for women. However, the distinction isn’t so clear when it comes to the Cartier Paha C Steel W31074M7. Technically, this is a watch made to be worn by men. It has a larger solid, round, brushed and polished stainless steel case and bracelet. However, the overall design exudes an elegance and luxury that will compliment a wearer of any gender.

The aspect of luxe this watch exudes can be attributed in part to the white dial adorned with stylized Arabic numeral hour markers at 12, 3, 6, and 9. The additional hours are indicated with lines angling into the center of the watch from the stationary bezel to the square second index. The hour, minute, and second hands are diamond shaped, luminous, and made of blue steel, which add an interesting splash of color. There is a date window between the fourth and fifth hours, making this watch a figure of both utility and style. Even the circular crown of this timepiece is loaded with details, being made of stainless steel and secured with a screw-down safety.

Despite the fact that this watch is undoubtedly fashionable and luxurious, there are a few things to take into consideration before you make your purchase. For one, this is probably not a watch that could be worn every day. It’s definitely distinctive, but also dressy, so it may look odd if you were to wear it camping, for example. That said, because it’s an automatic watch that may not be suited for day-to-day wear, it would be worth your while to purchase a winding box, such that when you’re not wearing this watch, it will still keep time.

In short, the Cartier Pasha C Steel W31074M7 is a watch that is definitely not thin and subtle. It makes a statement. And if you like what it’s saying, I would encourage you to look at the many watches in the Pasha C Steel line. They all come in the same basic shape, but there’s quite a range of variation in the details of the dial and the capstone on the crown. They all fall in relatively the same price range, $5,000-$7,000, but for that kind of money it’s important to get a timepiece you love down to every last detail.

The Cartier Pasha Seatimer is a traditional timepiece with elegance integrated into its design. This Men’s watch from Cartier is an old fashioned luxury item based off of one of the brand’s earliest swimming watch.

As the story goes, Cartier watch makers were commissioned by the Pasha of Marrakech in 1933 to create a water resistant design to be worn while swimming. It became one of Cartier’s earliest water-resistant timepieces. Since then the design has been improved to highly resilient against scratches, fractures and water damage with its stainless steel casing sapphire crystal surface.

The Silver dial is host to numerous style features. The black Arabic font numerals are highly visible against the silver dial, as are the diamond shaped extremities of the hands. The white diamond boxes of the hands are coated with a luminescent material, making the watch readable amidst the darkest pools.

The seconds index is formatted into a square box, making it distinct looking from the rest of the round shape. A small window revealing the date is housed between the 4 and 5 o’clock position.

The Swiss automatic movement powers the watch during wear, revolving while walking or while treading water.

The crown is protected by a screw down cover of sapphire-spinel and steel.

If gone unworn for a few days, the W31080M7 can be wound by the crown head which Cartier has covered with a screw down cover and laid with a sapphire-blue spinel.

The unidirectional bezel is clearly marked with large black numerals on steel trim, rotating only counter-clockwise to ensure diving safety. The stainless steel bracelet is secured by a hidden folding clasp to ensure it won’t fall off during a swim. Even though this watch is water-resistant, it is only designed to survive for 300ft or less. This is ideal for surface swims and shallow snorkeling at best but anything more would require a more resilient watch.

This is certainly a luxury design watch, complete with a luxury design price of $5,200 to prove it. For that price however, I’d be cautious of wearing this piece during any dip into the lake for fear of losing or even just having to clean it afterwards. The screw down crown cover is a brilliant addition to an already stylish watch but it also protrudes quite far from the design, raising fears of chipping or knocking it off of the frame which could lead to further complications if the crown itself became damaged.

The Cartier Pasha Seatimer is a glamorous accessory designed to hold up during a swim, but with such a heady price I’d be disinclined to take it where a slip of the wrist could wash this investment away…

The Cartier Pasha Seatimer Women’s Watch W3140005 is a great looking timepiece for the upcoming summer months.  The Pasha collection by Cartier watches has been one of their most loved lines for many years, but this model is one of my favorites.  Cartier has paired the silver Pasha dial with a beautiful white rubber bracelet, built with and interesting link design.  The Cartier Pasha Seatimer Women’s Watch W3140005 is not the least expensive watch in the Cartier line, but at $3,999 it is not the most outlandishly priced either.  Let’s look at the details:

The Cartier Pasha Seatimer Women’s Watch W3140005 has a ceramic case, which measures 37mm in diameter.  The silver opalescent dial is surrounded by a fixed engraved bezel and covered by scratch resistant Sapphire crystal.  Arabic numerals adorn the dial at the quarter hour spots.  The dial also houses date display and 3 chronographic sub dials.  This is a Swiss quartz movement that is water resistant to 330 feet.

While the Cartier Pasha Seatimer Women’s Watch W3140005 is a contemporary and modern interpretation on an old favorite, it still possesses the quality and integrity that we have come to expect from Cartier Watches.

The Pasha

Cartier fits a square peg into a round hole with its men’s W31072M7 extra large Pasha watch. The design has fortitude. It is simple and clear with plenty of blank space, but it is not empty. It is a time piece that can be worn in virtually any setting from formal to casual and will always send a message of originality without undue flamboyance.

The W31072M7 Men’s extra large Pasha watch begins with a big, round steel case rimmed with a wide, blank stationary steel bezel. In the center, the blued steel hands are framed by a square box that stands out against the circular dial. Radiating out from the box edges, there are diagonal lines that form quadrants in concordance with the Arabic numeral hour markers. Together, all these shapes lines and numbers form a surprisingly bold and cohesive design. The crown, set with the blue Cartier spinel, features a screw-down cover. The watch face is protected by a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. The movement is automatic-winding mechanical and the watch is water resistant to 30 meters.

The W31072M7 men’s extra large Pasha watch retails for $9,075 at Cartier, Cartier boutique stores and authorized sellers and comes with a two year limited manufacturer’s warranty.

Sea spirit

Cartier says its Pasha Seatimer W31077M7 men’s watch was made with the “spirit of the open sea.” It is a striking time piece, but its design is more traditional than outlandish. Here, Cartier blends a formal and an athletic look for a high quality, high end watch.

The Pasha Seatimer’s case and bracelet are stainless steel. The bezel, also steel, is unidirectional with black Arabic numerals and a triangle at high noon. The dial face has a black background with white hour markers, also Arabic numerals, and is covered by a scratch resistant sapphire crystal window. The W31077M7 has a circular crown, set with black ceramic, which includes a screw-down safety device, adding a little more originality to an already unique design. The steel hour and minute hands are diamond shaped and there is a date window between 4 o’clock and 5 o’clock. This men’s watch has Cartier Caliber 049 automatic movement. It can power itself without a battery, automatically, by the movement of the wearer’s arms. It is water resistant to 330 feet.
